High-Rely Stay Awake Service Version 1.4

This software provides a Windows service that regularly writes a small file to the specified disk(s) to keep the disk from being powered down due to inactivity.  This often causes problems with backup software because the disk(s) power off and take to long to spin back up causing the backup to fail.  This is mostly useful for disks connected USB 3.0, but may help with other direct attached disks (e.g SATA/eSATA and USB 2.0).

Version 1.4 fixes the problem where the StayAwake service will attempt to use a port that is already in use.
