Disks are not found in the NetSwap web interface/The LCD screen or LED activity light on my media tray is not lit
All High-Rely classic media requires that it be locked into place with the supplied silver keys that came with your unit. Without being locked into place, the media will not power on and therefore will not visible to the NetSwap. If the drives are powered on and are still not being detected by the NetSwap, please contact technical support for further assistance.
